{#thenotsogood photo}

These photos are not good. They are cropped funny, out of focus slightly, M is wriggling and pulling a weird face and slightly over exposed. But I love them so much. Sometimes life is not picture perfect, and I am slowly coming to terms with that. That sometimes by scrapbook pages will not have the most beautifully lit and composed photos (if they ever do BONUS!) but just because the photos are a bit dodgy that should not stop me from scrapping them!
I was inspired to actually put these pics down onto paper and into my album by the challenge over at www.shimelle.com for the online crop this weekend. The journalling for the layout I took directly from my blogpost back in March.

Happy Crafting

  1. This is lovely Leanne. I love the top photo, especially the way your little boy is holding onto your arm, a very special moment to record.

  3. Ive just scrapped a photo that isnt perfect - although for a different challenge. I think they are sometimes the best shots and this sums up your relationship with M so much. I love the little hearts in your writing.

  4. I love your photos, too. It shows what being a Mom is all about.

    I'll be posting my "Rubbish" photo page, too - sadly I have many to choose from thanks to the flood waters of PA. Many "melted" the colors together. What I can't fix on PS, I'm still going to scrap.

  5. Very nicely done! Sometimes what we call the worst composed photos actually become quite appealing and look great on a layout!

  8. Ok, you inspired me to scrap a bad photo of me & Isaac for the challenge but I also want to life the layout (as a sketch). I love how inspiring your work is!
